MELTED HELMET TOUR - CROSS-AUSTRALIA BY BICYCLE

In December of 2003, Rod traded a wet Vancouver winter for a scorching Australian summer and embarked on an epic 8400km crossing of the Australian continent by bicycle. From its most westerly point (Steep Point, Western Australia - 1000km north of Perth) to its most easterly point (Cape Byron, New South Wales - 200km south of Brisbane), the wide brown land presented Rod with plenty of challenges and inspirations.
